Office Associate- A/R and A/P
As the heartbeat of our distributorship’s front office, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily operations. education: High School Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable, including auditing, paying, and filing vendor invoices according to IBSA policy.
- Diplomatically manage and collect accounts receivable to meet budgeted targets for DSO (Day’s Sales Outstanding).
- Prepare accurate customer invoices, purchase orders, and delivery tickets.
- Efficiently run End-of-Month (EOM) procedures, ensuring all operating results and expenses are transmitted to the corporate office in time for financial statement preparation.
- Verify that all deposits are accurate and submitted to the bank in a timely manner.
- Upload and download handheld devices weekly; process data accurately and perform daily computer backups.
