Were looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork. What Youll Do: Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks Perform invoice entry, AP/AR, and data entry with precision Maintain orderly records and ensure documentation accuracy Assist with office coordination and communication Use ERP systems and 3-way matching for invoice processing (preferred) What Were Looking For: Strong attention to detail most important! Experience with AP/AR, especially in a manufacturing setting Familiarity with ERP systems and 3-way matching Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities Ready to start immediately Interviews happening NOW don't wait!
