Commercial Linen Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for stains, tears, and other defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Sort, fold, and tag garments as part of the production process
• Operate within a fast-paced production line, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adapt to changing workflows and priorities as needed
• Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or garment care is a plus
• Ability to stand, move, and be on your feet for the entire shift
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and priorities
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Compensation

$16.00–$22.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
