As fresh opportunities bloom this season, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every batch of pasta meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are ready to grow your career in food manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you. ### What You'll Do You'll help cultivate quality throughout our production process by: * Performing inspections, audits, and in-process checks to ensure food safety and compliance * Collecting samples and conducting lab tests, including cook quality, dimensions, coding, and more * Monitoring sanitation practices, GMPs, and foreign material controls * Reviewing records and releasing (or holding) product based on results * Investigating quality issues and supporting corrective actions * Partnering with production teams to keep quality rooted in every step of the process ### What You'll Bring * At least 1 year of laboratory experience (food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required) * Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach * Basic math skills and comfort working with data * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel * A proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement Sunday-Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ### Pay $21.53 per hour ### Why Join Us?
