We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support internal and external communication efforts, manage company messaging, and ensure brand consistency in all content. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to maintain effective communication strategies that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and manage internal memos, press releases, newsletters, and client-facing documents

• Assist in developing and executing communication plans for initiatives, campaigns, and announcements

• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity

• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to improve engagement and effectiveness

• Maintain and update communication materials and brand guidelines

• Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and presentations

• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and message clarity

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a communications or coordination role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document editing tools

• Knowledge of branding and messaging principles
