About the Role

Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings is hiring an experienced Direct Mail Print Shop Manager to lead our high-volume in-house digital print and mail production facility . This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with expertise in digital printing, direct mail operations, USPS compliance, variable data printing, and production workflow management .

You will oversee daily print production, supervise staff, maintain equipment, ensure quality control, and optimize efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily digital print production, finishing, inserting, and mailing operations

· Operate and maintain high-volume digital printers and mail processing equipment

· Supervise and support print shop staff

· Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines

· Verify print files and ensure variable data accuracy

· Ensure compliance with USPS mailing regulations and postal prep standards

· Perform quality control checks throughout production

· Monitor inventory and order print/mail supplies

· Schedule equipment maintenance and vendor service calls

· Improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs

· Track production metrics, materials usage, and job status

Qualifications

· 5+ years of direct mail, digital print production, or print shop management experience

· Experience with digital print systems, mail equipment, RIP software (Fiery, EFI), and workflow automation tools

· Knowledge of variable data printing and data processing software

· Strong understanding of USPS mail preparation and compliance standards

· Proven leadership and team management skills

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

· High school diploma or equivalent required
