Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Medina, Ohio. In this role, you will operate production equipment, load parts into machines, inspect finished products, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or general labor experience who are looking to build a long-term career in production.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Hand-feed parts into machines and monitor machine performance
• Load and unload parts into multiple machines as needed
• Inspect finished parts and perform gauge checks to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Must successfully complete a pre-placement screening
