Purchasing Admin
Now Hiring a Purchasing Admin for a Great Company in Streetsboro, OH
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and process purchase orders based on inventory needs and production requirements
- Source and evaluate vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock
- Verify purchase order accuracy, receipts, and invoices
- Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or deliveries
- Maintain purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation
- Support cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance reviews
- Collaborate with operations, accounting, and warehouse teams
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
