Our Consultants’ general responsibilities include: * Deliver memorable test drives. * Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective clients. * Track clients and manage follow-up on a state-of-the-art CRM system. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Ford products, features, and accessories. * Attend product and training courses. * Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store showroom and vehicle lot. * Ensure clients understand the vehicle's main features and warranty. * Master all vehicle product knowledge prior to delivery for the client. * Personalize the vehicle delivery to the client's needs. * Deliver an exceptional Ford experience. * Oversee the client’s first real interaction with their new Ford. * Utilize all resources and applications to assist in product information support. * Provide a smooth transition to the appropriate Specialist for future information or concerns. * Maintain a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery and to build a long-term relationship. What are the requirements for this job? * Previous professional sales experience * Proven ability to provide an exceptional client experience * Ability to set and achieve targeted goals * Experience and desire to work with technology * Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”) * Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, and strong presentation skills * Mastery of technology, especially automotive and personal electronics * Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organization and follow-up skills * Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, BMV screen, and drug screen.
