We are looking for Registered Nurses with experience in postpartum, maternal-child, or pediatric nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home visits with postpartum families and infants

• Assess maternal and infant health, provide education, and support family well-being

• Document assessments and report changes to the care team or supervising physician

• Coach families on infant care, maternal health, home safety, and resources

• Assist with program operations and coordinate with community partners

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Ohio

• Experience in postpartum, maternal-child, or pediatric nursing preferred

• CPR certification and other relevant certifications

• Strong communication, clinical skills, and compassion

• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
