About Us
Total Care Residential Treatment (TCRT) is a home-based healthcare provider serving youth and adults with developmental disabilities throughout Cleveland and surrounding areas. We are partnered with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) to provide one-on-one in-home personal care, helping our clients live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Job Overview
We are seeking caring, dependable Home Health Aides / Caregivers to join our network of independent contractors. You will work directly with clients in their homes, providing personal care and companionship while supporting daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including hygiene, toileting, and meal preparation
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks and household organization
• Engage clients in small activities such as sorting, organizing, puzzles, and other appropriate tasks
• Provide one-on-one attention and companionship during scheduled shifts
• Maintain open communication with TCRT about client needs and progress

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

(Choose the shifts that work for you — flexible scheduling available)

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home health aide experience preferred (but not required)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass a background check per DODD requirements
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
