Job Type: Part-Time (2-3 evenings per week - 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and Saturdays 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM/ 2:30 PM-4:30 PM)

Job Description:

Best Brains Learning Centers is seeking an organized and proactive After School Program Assistant Administrator to help ensure the smooth operation of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, detail-oriented, and enjoy interacting with parents, students, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling & Attendance Management

- Create and manage teacher and student schedules.

- Update schedules per parent requests and ensure proper substitute arrangements.

- Take daily attendance and maintain accurate records.

2. Center Operations

- Open and close the center as needed.

- Greet parents and students upon arrival and ensure a welcoming environment.

- Replenish table supplies and assist teachers with arranging books or materials.

3. Communication

- Answer and respond to phone calls and emails professionally.

- Provide updates to parents regarding student progress or scheduling changes.

- Keep meticulous admin notes and share updates with the director during weekly status meetings.

4. Program Oversight

- Monitor the quality of programs and teacher logs.

- Update book portals with teachers’ inputs and ensure accuracy.

- Help assess and enroll new students and assist in placement testing.

5. Event Coordination

- Plan and organize fun, center-specific events, such as pajama nights, pizza parties, costume contests, and monthly children’s events.

Qualifications :

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, and portals).

- Experience in educational settings or customer service is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
