B2B Outside Sales Executive

Join the winning team at City Wide Facility Solutions as a Sales Executive ! We are a leading provider in the building maintenance industry and are looking for a talented sales professional with a passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs. In this outside sales role, you will drive new business development within the Toledo Region , focusing on bringing in new clients and building lasting relationships.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a sales strategy, prospecting, and building a pipeline of leads, delivering thoughtful presentations, and closing deals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and driven team who shares a common goal - to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Identify client needs and present tailored service solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to promote City Wide and build your network.
• Document all sales activities in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of external B2B sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Being a self-starter with a proactive approach to sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to sit, walk, stand for extended periods of time.
