Job Description

This role is based in our Cleveland, OH office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes by accurately applying payments to accounts, identifying unlabeled payments, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work within established processes will contribute to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Job duties include:

• Applying Payments, checks, ACH/Wire, Credit Cards to various accounting software
• Research unidentified payments: Contacting the Payee
• Work with internal customers
• Manage Cash on Account

Skills & Abilities

• Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
• Act with integrity, tact and diplomacy
• Ability to complete a variety of related tasks
• Pro-actively solve problems
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to be flexible within role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Good knowledge and understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Oracle and SAP experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $19-22 / hour based on experience.
