Bookkeeper

- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Administer employee benefits, including 401(k) and health insurance; assisting employees with related questions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and account monitoring
- Record production activity and assist with monthly inventory counts and adjustments
- Reconcile bank accounts, manage daily banking activity, and initiate wire transfers
- Prepare monthly journal entries and financial reports
- Provide documentation and support for year-end financial and 401(k) audits
- Prior bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (Manufacturing & Wholesale) required
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
