ComResource is looking for a Senior Product Owner.

We need someone to assist in driving deliverables and roadmap execution for Commercial Payments and Financial Crimes initiatives, collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver maximum business value.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and guide teams to deliver on strategic product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Lines of Business, Risk, Finance, IT, Operations, and stakeholders to define and execute product strategies.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize work, and advocate for SAFe methodologies.
• Drive problem-solving discussions and make decisions to achieve key outcomes for the Bank.
• Support product usability testing and concept validation with research teams.
• Build relationships with third parties to manage product releases and ensure seamless experiences.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to product innovation and strategy.
• Provide product information for training and documentation needs.
• Evangelize product capabilities and roadmap internally and externally.

Essentials:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related product ownership or management experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and business-to-technical interpretation skills.
• Strong ability to drive conversations proactively and influence without authority.
• Experience with Snowflake and DBT or understanding of relational/non-relational databases.

Desired:

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Experience in AML or Financial Crimes Compliance.
• Prior experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
