Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for General Laborer positions in Marion. Key Responsibilities:
· Unload parts from laser cutting machines and ensure safe handling and accurate counts.
· Clean, deburr, and prepare metal parts for the next stage of production or assembly.
· Assist with basic mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
· Perform routine inspections on parts for quality, accuracy, and damage.
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
· Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
· Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
· Assist with other general production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required—willing to train motivated individuals.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
· Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
· Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
· Willingness to work swing shift and occasional overtime as needed.
