This full-time plumber job comes with a flexible schedule, base pay plus performance-based pay (earn commission based on completed jobs and performance, backed by a guaranteed hourly base; our techs typically earn $80,000-$100,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $130,000+), and great benefits like:

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PLUMBING TECHNICIAN

This is a full-time plumber job with flexible hours and several shifts available. You have the option to work four 10-hour shifts or maintain a five-day work week that includes weekends.

As a Plumbing Technician, you will start each shift at our central office and then travel to homes and businesses that need help. Your work will include fixing and maintaining systems, replacing water system parts, and cleaning drains. You will solve customer problems with a good attitude and make sure your work vehicle is clean and tidy. You will talk with customers and your team to keep everyone updated.

OUR IDEAL PLUMBING TECHNICIAN

• 3+ years of experience in the plumbing trade
• Ability to handle the physical work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your own tools
• Current driver's license with a good driving record
• Passion for helping customers and takes pride in doing good work
• Ability to work well with a team, can think through problems, and adjust quickly
• Ability to manage time and tasks well
