DOES THIS DIRECTOR OF HOUSING OPERATIONS ROLE SOUND LIKE YOU?
When you join our leadership team, you can expect to work a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on‑call availability required when organizational needs arise.
As our Director of Housing Operations, you oversee and coordinate every aspect of GMHA operations-ensuring programs, personnel, finances, and properties run efficiently while remaining fully compliant with HUD policies. You collaborate with the Board of Commissioners, lead all personnel decisions, monitor financial performance, guide budget development, and ensure audits and investments are handled responsibly, all while steering the organization forward with clarity and confidence.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in housing or public administration
- Strong understanding of HUD regulations and financial management practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in public/business administration or a related field
