We're looking for a hungry, coachable closer to join our team as our Acquisitions Representative — the person who turns warm leads into signed contracts.

The Role

Simply put, you are the dealmaker. You own the acquisition process from first contact to signed purchase agreement. You'll be talking to dozens of motivated sellers every week — by phone, text, and in-person — and negotiating win-win deals that help homeowners move forward while building our portfolio.

You'll be working a pipeline of sellers who are already in distressed situations and actively need solutions.

Responsibilities

• Talk to sellers daily — handle inbound and outbound calls/texts with property owners identified by our lead generation system
• Conduct virtual and in-person property visits across Northeast Ohio (primarily Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Summit counties)
• Present fair cash offers, handle objections, and negotiate purchase price and terms
• Guide sellers from first conversation to signed purchase agreement
• Track all leads, follow-ups, and deal stages in our CRM
• Build rapport with sellers — many are going through probate, divorce, or financial hardship. Empathy and trust-building are critical.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (real estate, B2B, B2C, retail, or phone sales). You know how to handle objections and ask for the close.
• Comfortable making 50+ calls per day and having real conversations
• Coachable — willing to learn our process, take feedback, and improve weekly
• Reliable transportation — you'll be driving to property appointments across Northeast Ohio (mileage reimbursed)
• Self-motivated — this is a small team. You need to own your numbers.

Nice-to-Haves

• Real estate investing knowledge or interest
• Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with probate, foreclosure, or distressed property situations
• Real estate license (not required)

FAQ

Do I need a real estate license? No. We're buying properties as a company, not representing clients as agents.

Is this commission-only? No. There is a base salary. Commissions are on top — and uncapped.

What areas will I cover? Primarily Cuyahoga County (Cleveland metro), with some appointments in Lake, Lorain, Summit, and Medina counties.

Is this remote? Hybrid. Calls and CRM work can be done from home. Property appointments are in-person in the Cleveland area.
