Why Work With Us? * Union Shop with strong support for technicians * Union Health, Medical & Dental Benefits * Flat Rate Pay with Guarantee + Production Bonuses * 401(k) Plan * Paid Time Off & Vacation * Flexible Work Schedule * Employee Vehicle Purchase Plans * Family Owned & Operated * Long-Term Job Security * Growth Opportunities Responsibilities * Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately * Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, A/C, etc.) * Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools/special equipment to troubleshoot issues * Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding needed repairs and timelines * Provide accurate estimates for additional work * Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Qualifications * 2+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred) * High School diploma or equivalent required * Ford Certification (preferred) * Prior Ford dealership experience a plus * Luxury vehicle experience a plus * Strong knowledge of diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair * Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn * Basic computer proficiency * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record About Us As part of the Ford/Lincoln Family, you’ll be joining a dealership that honors tradition while investing in the future.
