Office Assistant/Treasurer

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour, Reevaluate performance after 90 days. 40 hours per week. Two weeks paid vacation and thirteen- and one-half days paid Holidays. Health Insurance Reimbursement program. No retirement plan.

Office Assistant/Treasurer Duties :

• Answer phone
• Write receipts for all money coming into office
• Write and send invoice as needed
• Read, filter and respond to emails
• Help the Manager and Assistant Manager fulfill their duties
• Interact with all guests coming into office
• Work extended hours on week prior to fair week and during Auglaize County Fair as needed
• Social Media management -- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website
• Building and Grounds Rentals -- handling contracts and coordinating with renter & caretaker for all needs of renter
• Knowledgeable of Sponsorship and Advertising formats -- sending emails to potential customers with follow-up phone calls &/or in-person visit
• Generating ads for digital billboards & annual Auglaize County Fair book
• Assist in constructing yearly fair book publishing
• Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
• Check writing
• Forecasting & Budgeting
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements for board members
• Compliance with all State Regulations
• Yearly Annual Report
• Auditing & Reconciliation
• Payroll and Payroll Taxes
• Knowledgeable in the following programs: QuickBooks, Adobe Illustrator and Indesign, Word, Excel
