Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH

- Cross-training encouraged across multiple machines and setups
- Flexible scheduling on first or second shift; overtime is readily available (most team members work 50–60 hours per week)
- Setting up and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis VMCs for short-run parts
- Interpreting detailed drawings with GD&T and following travelers
- Installing tooling and fixtures; dialing in work and tool offsets
- Loading, editing, and proving out programs (G-code) at the control
- Conducting first article and in-process inspections with micrometers, calipers, and indicators
- Optimizing feeds, speeds, and offsets to achieve tight tolerances
- Troubleshooting machining and tooling challenges
- Maintaining machine cleanliness and performing basic PM
- 2–5+ years of CNC milling setup experience
- Strong GD&T and blueprint literacy
- Proficiency with precision measuring equipment
- Familiarity with controls like Fanuc and Haas
- Ability to make program edits using G-code
- Understanding of tooling, cutting parameters, and common materials (aluminum, steel, plastics)
- Solid math fundamentals; trig helpful
- High school diploma or trade school credential preferred
