The Business Banking Loyalty Generation marketing team is responsible for developing and executing customer engagement strategies throughout the customer lifecycle from new customer onboarding to engaging and servicing more tenured customers.
Engagement Marketing sits within the Loyalty Generation team and is responsible for building the marketing strategy for Primacy Offers for digital service adoption with the appetite to drive more primary relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Channel strategy and ownership
- Build and evolve offer strategies across our digital service suite and deliver efficient growth and optimize vCTR/ROI/NPV.
- Define audience strategies, budget allocation, creative testing roadmaps, and full‑funnel measurement.
- Performance analytics and insights
- Partner with analytics to evaluate incrementality and profitability, and apply learnings to inform optimizations.
- Test and learn leadership
- Lead structured testing plans (audience, creative, landing pages, partners) to drive innovation, improve conversion rates, and scale winners; maintain a transparent backlog and learning agenda.
- Establish clear hypotheses, success metrics, test designs, and readouts; ensure learnings are socialized and integrated into ongoing programs.
- Reporting and stakeholder communication
- Develop and present clear performance narratives, highlighting KPIs, drivers, risks, and recommendations for executive and cross‑functional audiences.
- Lead reporting cadences including weekly performance, monthly/quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and test result communications.
- Thought leadership and capability building
- Act as a thought leader—educate stakeholders, influence strategy, and share industry trends.
- Identify and evaluate cross‑functional orchestration
- Navigate a matrixed organization to align with product, analytics, finance, brand/creative and channel partners; build consensus and drive coordinated execution.
- Coordinate audience targeting, channel plans, creative development, and landing page experiences to ensure message‑market fit.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
- Experience designing and interpreting experiments (A/B and multivariate) and translating results into scaled strategies.
- Strong communicator capable of turning complex data into concise, persuasive narratives for non‑technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed enterprise: influencing without authority, managing multiple partners, and driving alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Preferred skills
- Financial Industry or small business customer engagement experience
Strong storyteller and engaging presenter.
- Collaboration: JIRA, Monday.com, Confluence, and standard productivity suites
