In Home Caregiver for Veterans
Caregiver – Day, Night & Overnight Shifts (Veteran Care)
Location: Lakeville, Ohio**
Employer: Cornerstone Caregiving**
Base Rate: $16.00/hr
Weekend Rate: $22.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $100 after 60 days (no call-offs + 20 completed shifts)
Performance Bonus: Additional caregiver bonus opportunities available based on attendance and shift completion
Medication reminders Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) Memory care support Safe transfers using gait belt and Hoyer lift Personal hygiene and incontinence care Meal preparation and hydration support Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment Companionship and emotional support Monitoring and safety checks (especially during night/overnight shifts) Accurate documentation and communication with care teams Additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility) Experience with memory care, ADLs, Hoyer Lift, and Gait Belt Ability to work day, night, or overnight shifts Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependability and professionalism Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Desired Attributes
