Job Description

As a Production Associate , you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing and packaging operations. You’ll assemble boxes and packaging components, support the production line, and help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets our quality standards. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment where reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork matter.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Assemble boxes and packaging materials according to specifications
• Operate basic production equipment and tools safely
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
• Assist with inventory, material handling, and restocking supplies
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to support smooth workflow
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform additional responsibilities as required, adapting to evolving business needs.

Education & Experience:

• High school education or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly work is a plus (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 10-15 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Ability to use hands and tools for assembly tasks
• Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on the production area

Work Environment:

• The work environment may contain noise, temperature variation and typical manufacturing conditions.
• Overtime as required during evenings and weekends.
