Youngstown Spray Equipment has been helping contractors and manufacturers stay productive for nearly 50 years. We repair and sell industrial spray painting, sandblasting, pressure washing, and fluid handling equipment used by professionals throughout the region.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving mechanical problems—not someone who already knows everything about our equipment.

If you've worked on cars, motorcycles, farm equipment, HVAC systems, hydraulic equipment, manufacturing machinery, or you've simply always been mechanically inclined, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

Every day is different.

You might:

• Diagnose equipment that isn't performing correctly
• Repair pumps, sprayers, pressure washers, and blasting equipment
• Help customers troubleshoot equipment problems
• Test repaired equipment before it leaves the shop
• Learn from experienced technicians and manufacturers
• Occasionally assist customers in selecting replacement equipment

Our customers depend on us to get them back to work. Your job is to make that happen.

What We're Looking For

You should:

• Enjoy figuring out how things work
• Have solid mechanical aptitude
• Be dependable and show up every day
• Be willing to learn
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Be comfortable talking with customers
• Work well independently and as part of a small team

Experience repairing industrial equipment is helpful, but not required.
