We are seeking a skilled Mitigation Manager who can lead our water and mold mitigation operations with confidence, integrity, and a focus on customer care.

Position Overview

The Mitigation Manager will oversee field technicians, manage projects, maintain compliance with industry standards, and ensure timely and high-quality mitigation services. This role requires both leadership and technical expertise, with the ability to balance team management, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day water and mold mitigation operations.
• Lead, train, and support mitigation technicians.
• Maintain job schedules and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor work, and ensure quality completion.
• Uphold IICRC standards and OSHA safety requirements.
• Assist with estimates, budgets, and job profitability.
• Support client communication, ensuring a professional customer experience.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restoration, construction, or related industries.
• IICRC certifications (water/mold) required.
• Knowledge of mitigation processes and industry standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary

• $70,000 annually

Bonuses & Incentives

• $2,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months of successful employment.
• Performance bonus paid quarterly based on company and individual performance, customer experience, and profitability.
