• Shift: 1st Shift
  • 7a to 330p Monday to Friday. 40 hrs a week, not alot of OT. They have more available on the weekends if the person is open to getting more.
• Pay: $29.59 - base.
  • Eligible for 3% perfect attendance bonus each week = .89 cents
  • Eligible for 8% production bonus each week. $2.37. This weekly pay incentive is based on safety, production, attendance and 5S.
  • Total pay = $32.85. This includes all "full" bonuses each week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will engage in a balance of 70% electrical and 30% mechanical maintenance on various machines. The role includes maintaining stamping machines, spin coiling machines, and German bending machines, as well as troubleshooting industrial machines, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, and valves. The position requires electrical troubleshooting from 24v up to 480v, both single and three-phase, involving sensors, motors, contactors, and relay logic. Additional responsibilities include reading blueprints and schematics, performing minor welding and fabrication, and conducting preventative maintenance on equipment.
