  • Teamwork: Supporting other team members, participating in decision-making, and assisting with project work to meet departmental and site goals.

This role requires a deep understanding of coating processes and the ability to be proficient across various workstations (face unwind, liner unwind, die, main console/winder, quality lab). If you're ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment, apply today!
