Office Assistant
Wilmington area Roofing and Chimney Company, a small family owned business is looking for an EXPERIENCED Office Assistant.
Job Details:- MUST be able to type 40 - 50 wpm.
- Experience with MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL AND MICROSOFT 365.
- Job duties will include, answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, creating proposalss and invoices, processing payments and other duties as assigned.
- No City Wage Tax.
- "Construction Casual" Attire.
We are looking for someone that is HONEST, DEPENDABLE, and has a KEEN ATTENTION TO DETAIL, that is willing to learn procedures, likes to stay busy and is looking for a LONG TERM POSITION:
- Hours are Monday thru Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Hours may vary during training period and are subject to change during our busy time of year)
- Half hour lunch.
- 1 week paid vacation, after 1 full year of employment.
