**Location: Warren Area**
**Pay:** Starting at **$18.00 per hour**

**Pay Increase Opportunity:**
After **30 days with no tardies or missed work**, pay may increase based on **performance and ability**.

**Schedule:**
**Day Shift**
Monday Thursday
**6:30 AM 3:00 PM**
4-Day Work Week (32 Hours)

### Job Description

We are seeking reliable individuals for **Window Assembly** in a manufacturing environment.

**Experience Required:**
Minimum **2 years experience** using tape measures, hand tools, and reading plans/work orders.

### Required Skills

Ability to **read a tape measure accurately to 1/16"**
Experience using **hand tools and power tools**
Ability to **operate circular saws**
Ability to **read blueprints and work orders**
Follow **verbal and written instructions**
Lift up to **50 lbs**
Maintain a **clean workstation**
Wear **safety glasses and boots during shift**
**Reliable attendance and punctuality required**

All **tools and safety equipment are provided**.
