What is “Turn”?
Turn is our busiest (and most exciting) time of year where we prepare apartments for new residents moving in. You’ll get hands-on experience in:
Maintenance Support – light repairs, painting, prepping units
Inspection Support – walking units, documenting conditions
Office Assistance – organizing, key prep, move-in coordination
$15/hour + Overtime Available
May 15 – August 19
Hours ramp up in August with GUARANTEED OVERTIME from 7/31–8/19 – perfect for stacking extra cash before fall!
BONUS: Food provided daily during peak turn season – we keep you fueled and ready to go
