Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Medicare Agents to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to Medicare beneficiaries, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate plans based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with Medicare-eligible individuals to assess their needs and recommend appropriate plans
  • Provide clear, accurate, and compliant information about Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Prescription Drug Plans
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all plan options and regulatory changes
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
  • Meet or exceed sales performance metrics and client expectations
  • Provide exceptional service and support during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and beyond

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Medicare sales with a strong understanding of CMS regulations
  • Active health insurance license in at least 7 of the following states (subject to change at client s sole discretion):
    • Virginia (VA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), West Virginia (WV), Indiana (IN), Georgia (GA), Arkansas (AR), Kentucky (KY), Ohio (OH), Tennessee (TN), and Texas (TX)
  • 2026 AHIP Certification and any required insurance carrier certifications
  • A release letter from any prior Medicare uplines or insurance agencies
  • Required equipment and work environment:
    • Laptop or desktop computer with at least one external monitor (Chromebooks are not acceptable)
    • High-speed internet connection
    • Quality headset for professional communication
    • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability for full-time employment (minimum of 32 hours per week)
  • Willingness to work overtime during AEP to meet client demands and ensure high-quality service
