Roofing Production Manager

The Durable Slate Company is an award-winning historic roofing contractor established in 1986 . We specialize in premium historic roofing services , including slate, copper, and clay-tile roofing , and are known for our commitment to quality, integrity, and preservation excellence .

Our projects are frequently recognized for exceptional workmanship and attention to detail .

• Has experience in slate and tile roofing (preferred); shingle experience is acceptable

• Demonstrates team-oriented leadership skills

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office

• Familiar with planning and scheduling roofing projects

• Is able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Maintains a valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

• Is comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment

• Possesses strong communication skills , with experience working with both customers and staff

• Takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship
