Seasonal Greenhouse Associate

Responsibilities
- Water, care for, and maintain a wide variety of plants, including annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, and tropicals
- Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing incoming plant shipments
- Restock and merchandise plants to keep displays full, clean, and visually appealing
- Create and update pricing and signage as needed
- Monitor plant health and promptly report any issues to the team
- Help customers select plants and provide basic care guidance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the greenhouse
- Support general customer service and assist during busy periods
Qualifications
- Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift
- Capable of bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling as part of daily tasks
- Willingness to work in warm, humid, and varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- No prior experience required—training provided for dependable, hardworking, and eager-to-learn individuals
- Interest in gardening, plants, or outdoor work is strongly preferred
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of plant types and plant care is a plus
