Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.

• Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Evaluate and implement best practices for patient care.

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and technology.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio with Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team communication.

• Ability to monitor and interpret patient vitals during procedures.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Demonstrated ability to meet departmental targets and goals.
