Administrative Assistant - High School Library
This temporary, long-term vacant position * is a 8 hour position (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) for 213 days/year at the Administrative Assistant II Wage Scale, which starts at $20.86 per hour with yearly increases, health benefits, accrued sick time, 3 personal days per year, and the work schedule does not include Spring Break, Winter Break and over a month off in the summer.
A job description is attached. There is a minimum requirement of 45 WPM typing speed.
Selected applicants will be tested prior to the interview phase.
- The employee assigned to this position had left for an active duty assignment with the military, which could last for (up to) 1-3 more years under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). Should that employee NOT return, it could be offered to the successful applicant who will fill this position.
