Competitive Compensation: Market-competitive hourly pay with off-shift incentives Benefits from Day One: Medical, dental, disability, and voluntary life insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Flexible Schedules: 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available Skill Growth: Exposure to advanced machining and CNC operations Stable Manufacturing Environment: Established organization with long-term demand Job Details Key Responsibilities & Duties Set up and operate surface grinding equipment to produce parts to blueprint specifications Grind components to precise finishes, dimensions, and tolerances Dress grinding wheels using appropriate techniques for various materials Perform in-process and final inspections using standard gauges and measuring tools Complete production paperwork and inspection documentation accurately Identify and report quality issues, discrepancies, or equipment concerns to supervision Maintain tools, gauges, machines, and work area in a clean and safe condition Perform routine daily machine and area maintenance Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications – Needed Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and verbal or written instructions Experience or strong exposure to surface grinding or precision grinding operations Comfortable working in a tight-tolerance environment (+/- .0002 preferred) Knowledge of grinding wheels, materials, and dressing techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Willingness and capacity to learn additional machining skills, including CNC operation Dependable, team-oriented mindset in a production manufacturing environment Interested in hearing more?
