Customer Service Representative
Now hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Mentor for 1 st shift, 8am – 4pm.
Monday – Friday
Weekly pay at $17 per hour.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product specifications.
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and other necessary documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
