Financial Representative – Columbus, OH

Location: Columbus, OH - Hybrid

⏰ Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shift within 8 AM – 6 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Representative to join our team in Columbus. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to delivering exceptional client service. You will play a key role in supporting field-facing counterparts, processing financial requests, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in all client and field interactions
• Handle a inbound requests in a fast-paced environment
• Troubleshoot mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries
• Assist the field with mutual fund journal requests
• Support with new account openings, broker-dealer changes, and rollover requests by providing proper documentation
• Collaborate effectively in a high-activity team environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
• Prior financial services experience required ; mutual fund experience strongly preferred
• Inbound call experience required
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to research, resolve, and escalate service inquiries as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a high-volume, team-oriented environment

Compensation

Hourly rate: $22.22/hr
