Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $20–$25/hr base + sales / performance bonuses ($23K–$50K+ annually)

Promotive is hiring a Service Advisor for a top-performing independent shop in Olmsted Falls, OH . This is a full-time, customer-facing opportunity with $75K–$100K+ earning potential , a steady Monday–Friday schedule, and a strong benefits package. What You'll Be Doing

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and translate concerns into clear repair orders

• Present estimates and recommend services based on inspections and technician findings

• Coordinate repair workflow between techs and customers

• Follow up on open work and keep customers informed throughout the process

• Leverage Tekmetric and Kukui to manage estimates, DVIs, CRM, and communication

• Help maintain a clean, organized front office and a professional shop environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or consultant

• Strong communication and sales skills with a focus on customer trust

• Familiarity with DVI and CRM software (Tekmetric and Kukui a big plus)

• Knowledge of basic automotive systems and services

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

About the Shop

This is a clean, high-traffic, tech-forward shop that handles a balanced mix of domestic (40%) , Asian (40%) , and European (20%) vehicles. You'll be supported by a solid team of two ASE Master Techs , a B Tech , a C Tech , and three advisors . The shop sees 50–75 cars per week , with a strong ARO between $500–$800 , and each tech turns 40–50 hours/week on average.
