Position Overview:
As our HVAC Install Lead Technician , you’ll take charge of system replacements and installations (residential only—no new construction or commercial jobs). You’ll be the go-to expert on your team, ensuring top-quality installs and training the next generation of HVAC techs. Every day, you’ll deliver excellent service with a customer-first approach.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Leading a residential HVAC installation from start to finish
- Working closely with an HVAC Helper, coaching them and supporting their growth
- Communicating clearly with homeowners, offering guidance and system maintenance tips
- Adjusting installation strategies as needed to stay efficient and effective
- Delivering service with pride, professionalism, and safety at the forefront
What Does It Take?
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, including minimum 1 year of lead experience
- EPA Universal License
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Ability to work in a physical environment, regularly required to stand, walk, climb ladders, sit, squat, bend, twist, reach with arms, talk, or hear, and use hands. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
