- Oracle Cloud Integration
Core Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Supplier Hub including queue management, issue triage, and resolution
- Handle defect identification, documentation, and enhancement requirement definition
- Perform technical feasibility assessments and coordinate development efforts
- Manage onshore-offshore delivery alignment and enterprise integration workflows
- Collaborate with product, business, user, and development teams to deliver technical solutions
Required Expertise
- Oracle EBS, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle EDQ
- Deep knowledge of Supplier Hub architecture and business processes
- Experience with downstream integrations and enterprise workflows
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodology and support processes
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
