Job Overview
UC Clermont College is seeking applications for instructors in the business areas of management and marketing. Applications are being accepted on a continuous basis to be included in the general pool of candidates from which part-time faculty are selected to teach face-to-face and online courses.
As an adjunct faculty member, you will provide course instruction in an online and/or face-to-face format, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting-edge technologies and other industry trends reflecting advancements in your discipline. Essential Functions
Responsibilities include equipping students with the required skill set, facilitating student interaction with the instructor, other students and course content, assessing student performance, and preparing students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Bachelor’s of Science in Business or bachelor level courses in management or marketing subject area.
- A Master’s degree in business administration is required.
- Two (2) years teaching experience in either subject area.
- Online teaching experience is required and the candidate must be willing to complete additional online teaching training.
- Some of the required online training must happen prior to teaching a course and that is provided by our college.
Additional Qualifications Considered
Bachelor's and Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in management and/or marketing. Teaching experience at the freshman/sophomore level. Completion of Quality Matters Training. Two (2) years online teaching experience.

As a UC employee, and an employee of an Ohio public institution, if hired you will not contribute to the federal Social Security system, other than contributions to Medicare.
