We are excited to welcome a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Sales Associate.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of products and interact with customers on a daily basis. We offer hourly compensation plus commission per sale.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them in furniture selections.
• Provide product information and answer inquiries about features, pricing, and availability.
• Able to lift at least 100+ LBS
• Lift one end of heavy couch piece to Install the legs using provided tools when item is needed to prepare for delivery drivers to pick up / deliver to customer
• Complete all opening and closing procedures.
• Process sales transactions accurately through our electronic system.
• Maintain a well-presented showroom by arranging and maintaining furniture displays.
• Assist with inventory tracking, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• 18+ Years of age
• Able to lift at least 100+ LBS
• Able to lift / stand couch up to install legs using provided tools.
• Previous experience in sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the sales floor tidy
• Enthusiasm for furniture and interior design concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
