Redkey Express provides local courier, expedited transportation, route delivery, and final-mile
services throughout the Greater Cincinnati region. We are currently hiring dependable CDL and
Non-CDL Drivers to join our growing team.

Pay & Benefits

Competitive Pay
● Entry-Level Cargo Van & Box Truck Drivers: Starting at $21.50/hour
● Experienced Class A CDL Drivers: Up to $32.00/hour​​​​​​

Schedule
● Full-Time
● Primarily Monday-Friday
● 40-50 hour work weeks
● Local routes throughout the Greater Cincinnati area
● Home Daily
● No Overnight Travel for Most Routes

Equipment You'll Operate

Company vehicles are provided.
Drivers may operate:
● Cargo Vans
● Box Trucks
● Stake Beds
● Tractor Trailers
Vehicle assignments are based on qualifications, licensing, experience, and operational needs.

What You'll Do
● Provide safe, reliable, and on-time deliveries
● Follow assigned routes and schedules
● Track and document deliveries using company systems
● Deliver exceptional customer service
● Maintain compliance with all safety and DOT requirements
● Perform vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks
● Represent Redkey Express professionally with customers and partners

What We're Looking For
● Valid driver's license
● Good driving record
● Minimum age of 23
● At least 2 years of driving experience
● Ability to pass a background check
● Ability to pass a drug screen
● DOT Physical
● Experience with delivery tracking systems is a plus
● CDL drivers encouraged to apply
