Where We Need You

We are looking for a Learning Portfolio Leader to join our Global Learning & Development (L&D) team. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.?

As a Learning Portfolio Leader, y ou will lead the development and deliver y of multiple learning programs from start to finish , which provide immediate value to our consulting professionals and align with our strategic objectives . You will lead the project management and development of eLearning and curriculum that support new or evolving workplace and internal infrastructure tools. This includes partnering closely with technical experts and executive stakeholders to define learning needs, build effective learning solutions, and ensure smooth adoption. Many initiatives involve globally developed programs that must be adapted and delivered in local markets to support change management, user readiness, and successful implementation of new tools.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop, p lan and execute live virtual and in-person learning events of all sizes. Work closely with colleagues , stakeholders and instructional designers to:

• Identify organizational learning needs

• Develop new or enhance current learning materia ls to maximize effectiveness

• Select and prepare internal facilitators and operation s teams

• Send timely and effective communications

• Cast a vision for impactful events outside of the classroom, such as executive receptions, group dinners, virtual networking events, etc.

• Collect and analyze participant feedback as an important input for continuous enhancement

• Deliver exceptional development and culture-building experiences for participants, facilitators, and operation s teams

• Be an expert on the content. I dentify opportunities to enhance our learning portfolio and communicate actionable ideas.

• Drive projects to timely completion through planning , forecasting , problem solving, delegation , and influence .

• Cultivate relationships across the organization and keep stakeholders informed of L&D developments.

• Stay current with innovative learning trends, technologies, and environments (virtual or physical) and share ideas for integration into our programs.

• Familiar with various Learning Management Systems, course authoring tools, and other learning technologies.

• Curious, passionate about learning, and committed to people development.

• Willing to travel a significant amount depending on location.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• 6+ years of experience in learning and development . Experience in the consulting/professional services industry is preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$92,000.00 - $137,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$101,200.00 - $150,700.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
