Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of PLC systems and electronic systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
• Manage breakdowns via a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley.
• Work with controls, PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of industrial electronics, PLCs, maintenance electrician or controls, robotics experience
• Must have ladder logic experience
• Must have strong PLC troubleshooting (they have allen bradley - DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE PROGRAMMING)
• Must have controls systems experience -- al servo control systems is what they use
• Must be able to dial into a PLC, Hook up a laptop and monitor/troubleshoot

This is a Permanent position based out of North Baltimore, OH.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

• Salaried position however they will receive time and a half for anything over 40 hours • Vacation time is really good - take into account yrs experience in the field. for example if they have 8 yrs of maint experience they will get hired in with 13 days of vacation (extra 2 weeks if they hold a journeyman card) • Tool allowance of $400/yr • Tool reimbursement program • Culture is good - the company listens • good opportunities to be trained, maintenance team is proactive not reactive • Ability to improve systems and make changes • Tenure in maintenance department is really good - have had 3 guys retire this year and another 7 that are eligible to retire anytime

This is a fully onsite position in North Baltimore,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 29, 2026.
