To provide clerical support for faculty and staff in the School of Teaching and Learning.

Essential Functions

• Greet visitors, answer phone and direct calls.
• Responsible for making copies and filing documents.
• Assist with sorting and organizing tasks as needed.
• Assist with re-stocking office supplies and keeping printer/copier filled with paper.
• Perform simple word processing tasks on computer as needed.
• Take inventory of office supplies.
• Run errands to other buildings on campus.
• Clean and organize main office and conference room.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be a self-starter, have good organizational skills and work independently.
• Familiar with basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of various office machines is helpful but not necessary.
• Cheerful, friendly, helpful and be enthusiastic.
• Need to be dependable.
